Something I really like about this book on grilling is that it does not use marinades and the like. In this day and age where there are so many chemicals making us sick being hidden and tucked into bottles and packages lining the shelves at the grocery store this is a good thing not to use marinades.
Instructions were easy to follow and there are many variations within the recipes for you to try.
